Support Staff Service

Details: Overview: Get in on the ground floor with on of the top dealership groups in the United States. this entry level position won't go unfilled long for the right candidate. Support staff play an integral part in creating the best experience for our customers. This role is a key position and serves a vital need in the sales and service departments. In some cases, you are the first and last person to see a customer. You will be trained to verify the vehicles received from the factory are equipped as ordered and free of damage, to assuring the inventory is parked in the appropriate location so we can find it quickly for customers. Responsibilities: An urgency to serve others required Verify shipment of vehicles as appropriate Verifying condition of shipped vehicles and customer vehicles Parking vehicles and noting their appropriate location Washing and cleaning customer and dealership vehicles Securing customer and dealership vehicles and keys Placing and removal of customer tags Driving to pick up inventory from other stores Supporting role to Service & Sales Managers and much more! We will teach you as much as you can learn. Many of our Management began as Support Staff, where they learned all facets of the business.
